50x 5x7 Prints of your choice (Colour or B/W)

up to 6 hours photography time

* Please note any wedding that is on a day of a prior confirmed booking will unfortunately not be eligible for competition entry.

We will endeavor to communicate the existence of a prior booking but this can not be guaranteed.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. General

The promoter is Concept Images and Concept Weddings ABN 16 594 877 624 of "Serenity" Lot 1, Anderson Street. Brooloo 4570.

Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligible entrants

Entry is open only to Australian residents (excluding ACT residents) aged 18 years and over who are having a wedding staged between No Current Competition

Eligible entrants will receive one entry only.

3. Entry

Entry is online. To enter simply complete all fields in the on line competition entry form (CLICK HERE).

Entry is free. The promotion is open from No Current Competition

All entries become the property of Concept Images and Concept Weddings. Concept Images and Concept Weddings agree not to pass on to any other party any submitted information unless previously agreed.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to being contacted through the preferred identified method by a representative of Cathy Smith (Concept Images) or Concept Weddings for the purpose of promotion or for clarification of entry or notification of any winning status.

4. Selecting the winner

The winner will be chosen by a representative of Concept Weddings after the closure date and prior to .......and the successful winner shall be notified by chosen and agreed method in this time. If after notification the winner is either unable to accept or is deemed uncontactable (by no reply communication being received 7 days from notification) then another entry will be chosen and the same procedure be repeated until a viable acceptance is received.

If an entrant is unable to satisfy these conditions or forfeits or does not claim the prize, Concept Images and or Concept Weddings reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

The winners agree to provide relevant information and make themselves available for photographs for promotional purposes by Concept Images and or Concept Weddings

5. The Prize

There is one prize. The prize consists of one (1 x) wedding Package (Max Value at this time is A$1050) which includes the following.

50x 5x7 Prints of your choice (Colour or B/W)

30x 8x12 prints of your choice (Colour or B/W)

up to 6 hours photography time

The maximum total prize value of each prize is A$1050 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing.

* Concept Images and Concept Weddings accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.

The prize must taken within the terms of this competition and cannot be taken as cash. Exchange to another person of this prize can only be done with the express agreement of a Concept Images and Concept Weddings representative and is in no way guaranteed.

Cathy Smith of Concept Images is based on the Sunshine Coast and caters to the Sunshine Coast and Cooloola Shire if the winner is outside of these areas then travel cost are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize. That is to say the winner must agree by entering this competition in a different area to those identified will provide, at their own expense transport to and from the proposed wedding /reception venue.

** A distance of Approximately 50km's or more from the home address at Brooloo, may incur travel costs that are not included as part of the prize.

The prize must be taken as offered and redeemed before and will only be extended with expressed agreement from Cathy Smith of Concept Images, in no way is this a guaranteed commitment. If the prize is not utilised prior to the without other arrangements in place then it shall be forfeited.

Prize is subject to availability of services at any time. Cathy Smith of Concept Images reserve the right to decline a specific date if changed from the original entry given or if already booked prior to completion of competition entry form.

7. Final Decision

The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability

Concept Weddings and Concept Images, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
